oliverthornton.ai is an informational and professional site for Oliver Thornton — speaking, business advisory, real estate, and press information, plus a form to get in touch. It isn’t a platform for transactions, accounts, or user-submitted content, and these terms are written for that scope, not a larger one.

2. Use of the site

You’re welcome to browse, read, and share pages from this site. You may not scrape or reproduce the site’s content wholesale, misrepresent your affiliation with Oliver Thornton or The ASD Company, or use the site in a way that disrupts it for other visitors.

5. Intellectual property

The text, design, logo, and brand assets on this site belong to Oliver Thornton unless otherwise credited. Two categories have their own explicit usage terms, stated on the press page — read those before using either:

• Photography is free to use in coverage of Oliver, event listings, and speaker pages, credited as “Courtesy of Oliver Thornton.” Don’t crop out the subject, add overlays to the face, or use it for advertising, endorsement, or implied partnership without written permission.
• Logo and brand assets (in the press page’s brand kit) may be used in coverage that references Oliver Thornton or The ASD Company by name. Don’t recolor, outline, distort, rotate, or add effects to the mark — use the light or dark file instead of editing the color.

Bios on the press page are pre-approved for quotation as written; please route substantial rewrites past Oliver first.

6. Third-party links

This site links to third-party platforms — social profiles, press coverage, The ASD Company, and others. Oliver Thornton doesn’t control and isn’t responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of sites he doesn’t operate.

7. No warranty

This site is provided as-is. While it’s kept reasonably accurate and up to date, no guarantee is made that every figure, date, or claim on it is current at the moment you’re reading it — check with Oliver directly before relying on anything time-sensitive or material to a decision.
