The short version

The contact form on this site does not send your information to a server or a database. It opens your own email application with a message pre-filled, addressed to Oliver directly — you choose whether to actually send it. This site does not use cookies, advertising trackers, or analytics scripts of any kind.

1. Information you provide

If you use the contact form on the Book Oliver page, you may enter your name, email address, phone number, organization, role, and details about your inquiry. That information is used only to build a pre-filled email in your own email application — it is never transmitted to this website, a server, or a third-party service in the process. Submitting the form is the same as writing Oliver an email yourself; nothing is stored by the website at any point.

If you email Oliver directly — whether through a mailto link on this site or by writing to Oliver@theasdcompany.com — that message and any information in it are received and handled the same way as any other business email: used to respond to you, and retained or deleted at Oliver’s ordinary discretion. It is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

2. Information collected automatically

This site does not run analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking scripts, and it does not set cookies. The only automatic data collection is the ordinary, unavoidable kind that happens whenever any website is requested: our hosting provider (Vercel) may log standard technical information — such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps — for security, abuse prevention, and performance purposes. This is baseline web server behavior, not something specific to this site, and it isn’t used to build a profile of you or track you across other sites.

3. Cookies

This site does not use cookies. If that changes — for example, if analytics are added later to understand which pages are useful to visitors — this policy will be updated first, and the change will describe what’s collected and why.

4. How information is used

• To respond to speaking, advisory, real estate, press, and other inquiries.
• To keep basic records of business correspondence, in the same way any inbox does.
• To operate and secure the website itself (see automatic collection, above).

Information is not used for advertising, is not sold, and is not shared with data brokers.

5. Third parties

This site is hosted on Vercel. Fonts are served locally through Next.js rather than loaded from a third-party font network. The site links out to third-party platforms — LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Mashable, and others — for reference and social profiles; once you follow one of those links, that platform’s own privacy policy applies, not this one.

6. Your choices

Because the contact form doesn’t transmit anything until you personally send the resulting email, you can close the tab at any point beforehand and nothing is retained. For anything you do send directly to Oliver@theasdcompany.com, you can ask at any time what’s on file and request it be deleted — email the same address and ask.

7. Children’s privacy

This site is a professional and speaking-business site, not directed at children, and does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

8. Changes to this policy

If what this site does with information changes — most likely by adding analytics or a server-side form handler in the future — this page will be updated and the “last updated” date above will change accordingly.
