About Oliver
I know what it means to be seen differently.
I am autistic. For years, I learned to navigate systems that were not designed for how my mind works. Eventually, I stopped treating that difference as something to hide—and started building around it.
Today, I speak and advise at the intersection of AI, neurodiversity, real estate, sales, capital, employment, ownership, and the future of autism housing.
The path here
From being overlooked to building the opportunity.
I co-founded Coding Autism to help autistic adults move into technology careers, raising more than $100,000 for autism-related ventures and training more than 25 students through our coding bootcamp.
I then built and operated businesses across real estate, development, and investment—successfully full-cycling more than 15 multimillion-dollar developments, raising more than $4 million in project equity, helping drive more than $200 million in luxury sales, and securing more than $50 million in construction financing.
Those chapters taught me that traits a traditional workplace can misread—intensity, pattern recognition, precision, and persistence—can become real advantages when the environment allows them to compound.
I am returning to this mission through The ASD Company and my public work: helping neurodivergent people move from being overlooked or underemployed to becoming AI-native learners, contributors, entrepreneurs, and owners.
