Oliver Thornton is an autistic entrepreneur, real estate operator, speaker, and business advisor based in Los Angeles. His work sits at the intersection of AI, neurodiversity, employment, ownership, and the future of autism housing, built around a single argument: the barrier was never the work — it was everything wrapped around the work.
He co-founded Coding Autism to move autistic adults into technology careers, raising more than $100,000 for autism-related ventures and training more than 25 students through its coding bootcamp. He then built and operated businesses across real estate, development, and investment, successfully full-cycling more than 15 multimillion-dollar developments, raising more than $4 million in project equity, helping drive more than $200 million in luxury residential sales, and securing more than $50 million in construction financing. He is a licensed California real estate broker.
Today he is the founder of The ASD Company, an AI-native platform helping autistic and neurodivergent people build skills, careers, businesses, and more independent lives. He speaks to conferences, leadership teams, podcasts, and community audiences about what changes when organizations are designed for different minds rather than around them.
